Meagan Wiethorn, M. Ed.Director of Professional Development
Meagan is a former middle school teacher from Ascension Parish in Louisiana. She received her bachelor's degree from Southeastern Louisiana University in Secondary Family and Consumer Science Education with a concentration in Social Studies. Her master's degree in Education Leadership is also from Southeastern. Along with her background and experience in the 1:1 classroom, Meagan's certifications include Promethean, Classflow, ActivInspire, Google for Education Certified Educator, Kami Educator, Screencastify, Mote, and many others. Meagan has a passion for working with teachers and finding ways to not only make their classrooms innovative but also make their ever-demanding jobs easier.
Kelli Deranger, M. Ed.Director of Curriculum and Innovation
Kelli’s instructional background is with Special Education. Her Professional Development expertise includes: Google for Education, ActivClassroom PD Series, Classflow PD Series, Digital Assessment Strategies, Digital Literacy, and Instructional Technology Leadership. Angela Kiser, NBCTTeaching and Learning Consultant
Angela is a National Board Certified Teacher with 15 years of experience in a technology enriched classroom. Before joining AXI, Angela was a district technology facilitator for 5 years. Angela has been involved in developing and implementing ELA curriculum across her former district. She has also developed and presented professional development on a variety of EdTech topics, implementations, and skills. Angela's many certifications include being an ISTE Certified Educator, Google Level 1 and 2 teacher, a Microsoft educator, and many more. Angela loves sharing her STEAM knowledge with teachers and can be found exploring STEAM challenges and practices to share with any teacher who will listen.
Lindsey Keely, M. Ed.Teaching and Learning Consultant
Lindsey is a former educator from Lafayette Parish. She received her bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and her master's degree in Educational Leadership from the American College of Education. She taught first through fourth grades in Lafayette prior to joining the staff of the district Technology Department. She was a district Technology Facilitator for 6 years, Instructional Technology Coordinator for 3 years and the district Supervisor of Technology for 3 years. She is also a Google Certified Educator. She joined AXI as a Teaching and Learning Consultant in July 2021.
